DAMAGED GOODS - RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT:
If you receive your products with damages, immediately take some photos of the damages and the packaging it is in and send the photos to us. Our email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on the damages, If you are located in Australia, we may ask you to send the damaged goods to our NSW address or we may ask you to discard it. If we do ask you to send back to us, we bear the postage cost.
If you are not located in Australia, we will ask you to discard the damaged goods.
We will then send you a replacement unit from our warehouse.
Standard handling time is 2-5 days from the date of payment.

Carriers: QANTAS AAE, EMS, or DHL depending on weight and size the product. Standard shipping time to Australia is about 7-12 days.
2. Shipping to the U.K
