TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Chinese New Year Holiday 2021. Any orders placed after the 27th of January 2021 will be processed after the 24th of February 2021.
  2. Our light is produced to order and it may require some time to assemble the products depending on the order quantity and customisation. It is NOT possible to cancel the order for a full refund after 48 hours of placing the order as we have commenced preparing your order. We will only be able to refund 70% of your payment once it has passed 48 hours.
  3. Order cancellation is NOT possible after the order has been shipped. We are NOT able to refund your order should you wish to cancel the order at this stage.
  4. Please input and check your shipping address carefully as it is important to get the orders to you in a timely manner. We are NOT able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped without incurring additional shipping cost and time.
  5. We do our best to ensure the order is delivered in a timely manner. However due to various circumstances out of our control (pandemic, postal delays, etc), we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. Should you need it in a hurry, we offer express shipping options which will expedite the delivery time substantially. Should extended delays occur, for any orders not received within 60 days, we will issue you a full refund. This 60 days does not include the Chinese new year holiday period above on point number 1.
  6. Import duties and added value taxes such as GST or VAT are customers responsibility. If the import duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be discarded by the customs office of your country and refund is NOT possible.
  7. If the item is received damaged, faulty, or not as described, our first course of action will be to rectify the problem by shipping new units of lights or parts to fix the problem. If that is not possible due to various reasons, we will issue a full refund and you don't need to return the item to us.
  8. If you want to return the order because of a change in mind*, we will require you to ship the package back to us in China in original condition**. In this case, customer pays for shipping cost both ways. Customer pays the cost of the return shipping and also the cost of the original shipping cost valued at 30% of the entire value of the order. Once the order has been shipped back to us, we will refund 70% of the entire order value.
